Defending precious lives from toxic chemicals used to fight fires.

Our Mission

Our founder, the pioneer behind the safest fire-prevention chemistry in the world, is also a dedicated advocate for animal welfare. His mission is deeply personal: after losing his father to toxic chemical exposure that was believed to be “safe,” he committed his life to developing cleaner, non-toxic solutions and supporting those affected by wildfire destruction.

With that same passion, he is now expanding his efforts to protect both people and animals during wildfire events, especially when parks and communities are forced to evacuate. This nonprofit organization will raise funds to help rebuild homes with safer, wildfire-resilient materials while also enhancing protection for the first responders who risk their lives on the front lines.

Our goal is to lead the world’s safest, most proactive fire-defense movement — one that protects families, firefighters, wildlife, and the communities we love.

If you care about animals, people, and rebuilding stronger after disaster, we invite you to join us. Together, we can create a safer future for every wildfire-threatened community in America.

Projects

Safer Choice Culture Project ( A 1 )

For this project, is to build a house on this empty property where there was a nice house until January 7-2025 The Palisades Wildfire Destroyed a single mom with two children’s home after losing there home insurance 6 months before the fire arrived. They have been living in an apartment and with your help and donations we are going to build them a new home. Our goal is to raise enough money to build the most fire resilient home ever built out of wood in America. We will seek strategic supplier with accredited product to help support this event to prove to the insurance underwriters that we can build to resist wildfire loss. We need a collection of donations and material sponsored of around $500,000.00 in cash along with material supplier to get this house built. All sponsors will get acknowledgment for there support.Sed lacinia ligula est, at venenatis ex iaculis quis. Morbi sollicitudin nulla eget odio pellentesque.

Safer Choice Culture Project ( B 1 )

Donations  to defend the wolves in their habitats in the wildfire region of Julian. We will install Wildfire Defense System  on each habitat deploying EPA Safer Choice CitroTech™ around  vegetation and their habitat and their environment to protect them when they are vulnerable   during a wildfire event. The Wildfire Defense Systems-are proactively  activated when the employees are told to leave and evacuate. We hope to raise this great Wolf Center more followers to continue to support them with donations.

Safer Choice Culture Project ( C 1 )

Our mission and purpose is to help proactively defend the Wildhaven’s animals from the ongoing threat of wildfire. Our efforts are out to preserve and defend the wildlife that are indigenous to the San Bernardino Mountains. Depending on the donations amount we can start by spraying the vegetation with CitroTech. Ultimately with bigger donations for this project we would install wildfire defense sprinklers systems on the structures and habitats. We would like to equip the wonderful woman that cares for these animals with an ATV and Skid Sprayer with a 275 gallon tote of CitroTech. Our hope is to raise awareness about this great Wildhaven Ranch for ongoing donors directly to them. Let’s all help these animals live out their lives safely with being scared by wildfires. We need a collection of donations to spray in the amount of $50,000. To install WFD Systems $200.00 and for the ATV and Tote $ 75,000.00

The Safer Choice Limited Culture

Founded by a man whose mission was shaped by the tragic loss of his father to toxic chemicals. His passion to protect people and communities from fire with non-toxic, accredited fire retardants has now earned recognition from the EPA Safer Choice Program. Firefighters and fire officials support this mission because many of them have also lost colleagues due to exposure from toxic fire retardants.

We must evolve toward sustainable solutions that not only strengthen our homes and communities against wildfires, floods, and natural disasters, but also advance our resilience as effectively as modern engineering has done against earthquakes. The Hebrew phrase Tikkun Olam — “to repair the world” — captures this vision: raising the bar of sustainability with accredited proof of meaningful risk reduction.

Protecting Animals at Risk

One of our primary goals is to defend caged animals in habitats, zoos, and wildlife parks from wildfires. When wildfire events occur, staff and employees must evacuate, often leaving behind the animals they love, uncertain if they will survive.

Through donations, we install safe wildfire defense systems in and around animal habitats. These systems can be activated during evacuations, giving the animals a far greater chance of survival — without suffering burns or lasting injuries.

Supporting Wildfire-Devastated Communities

Our second campaign begins in communities devastated by wildfire. Many property owners have lost insurance coverage, or had so little coverage that rebuilding is a struggle. We are committed to teaching homeowners and contractors that there is a safer, more sustainable way forward for rebuilding.
Our Raise the Sustainable Bar Campaign begins with:
Step 1: Treating all interior lumber with the world’s safest fire chemistry.
Step 2: Installing a CitroSafe® Wildfire Defense Sprinkler System.

Together, these measures create a breakthrough in sustainable construction. They improve insurability, protect firefighters, and preserve the carbon stored in wood by preventing its release during fire.

A Proven Builder’s Commitment

Our founder’s commitment is not just theoretical. As a builder and contractor, he has led efforts to rebuild communities after disasters:
Constructing a village in Haiti after its devastating earthquake. Building homes following Superstorm Sandy, using fire-, mold-, and termite-resistant materials. Developing innovative waterproof structures with telescoping dock-like designs. This track record proves that sustainability and resilience can be achieved through safe chemistry and innovative design.

Join Us
We invite donation partners who believe, as we do, that we can build sustainably against wildfires now — protecting people, animals, and the environment for generations to come.
